Clans Guide

Clans arrived in the same We Have Motives drop as grenades, the S&W revolver, muzzle brakes, semi-auto on SR-16 and MP5, Medkit, and the Special Delivery pad. The group shout is the source: create a clan, show a tag, climb leaderboards, earn diamonds when members play missions, and use exclusive XP and Cash boosters.

This page is the systems guide. The CLANS promo string is still a Shop code for 321 Cash. Redeem it on the codes hub. Joining a clan does not redeem it for you.

What a clan gives you

  • Tag — prefix in the hub and raids so your stack looks coordinated even when it is not.
  • Leaderboards — clan versus clan, fed by people actually walking pads.
  • Boosters — XP and Cash multipliers. These are the only clan feature that changes a raid’s payout. Pair them with Double Cash if you own it.
  • Diamonds — earned when members play missions. They are a clan resource, not locker Cash. Do not expect to buy an SR-16 with diamonds.

If your clan has one member, you have a tag. Boosters still need raids. Diamonds still need members. Recruit your raid friends or join a populated tag. Founding a dead clan for the logo is a cosmetic hobby.

How this interacts with ranks and Cash

Boosters accelerate the ranks climb and the Cash loop. They do not open Special Forces or FBI gates by themselves. A boosted recruit still cannot walk Silent Guest.

Codes remain the burst income. Clans remain the multiplier. Do both. Redeem GRENADES and CLANS, then run three complete pads with the booster on. That is the intended “new system” week, not a week spent designing a logo.

Raid habits that feed a clan

Diamonds come from missions played, not from standing in the hub with a tag equipped. Complete Active Tasks. A failed extract with no cuffs is a weak mission for you and a weak mission for the clan. How to play is suddenly a guild skill.

Twelve-player servers can hold mixed clans. Do not team-kill the other tag for content. The game is a PvE raid sim. Clan drama belongs in Discord, listed on links.

What clans do not do

  • They do not replace gamepasses.
  • They do not grant MP5, C4, or the breaching shotgun.
  • They do not auto-complete Special Delivery.
  • They do not make M18 smoke good.
  • They do not protect you from bans if you run scripts.

Setting up without wasting a night

  1. Redeem the CLANS code for Cash.
  2. Join a clan that already raids, or found one only if you have five people who will press pads this week.
  3. Turn on whatever booster you have before Cash Under Fire, not after.
  4. Play maps you can finish. Boosted wipes are still wipes. Use the mission tier.
  5. Spend the extra Cash on the loadout plan, not on a third secondary.

When the studio adds more clan rewards, they will shout it next to the weekly pad. We will update this page with the latest update. Until a new resource shows in your clan UI, assume tags, boosters, diamonds, and leaderboards are the whole kit.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Is CLANS a code or a feature?

Both. CLANS the code pays 321 Cash on the codes hub. Clans the feature is tags, boosters, and diamonds described on this page.

Do I need a clan to play missions?

No. Pads work solo or in a pickup stack of up to twelve. Clans only multiply and badge the raids you already run.

What are diamonds for?

A clan resource earned when members play missions. They are not locker Cash and will not buy FBI.

Should I make my own clan as a recruit?

Only if friends will raid with you. Otherwise join an active tag so boosters and diamonds actually move.
